Youth Club (Yo.Club) – 10-Month Youth Development Program

Project Description

Youth Club (Yo.Club) is a comprehensive development program for students in grades 7-8 of primary school and 1st year of secondary school. The project lasts 10 months – from September to June – and represents a well-thought-out "Development Journey" that combines personal development, social competences, and practical life and project skills.

Classes are held once or twice a week in the form of workshops and small project groups, fostering active learning, collaboration, and relationship building. The program is fee-based and provides access to high-quality classes led by practitioners and invited specialists and partners.

Program Structure

The program is divided into three main phases:

1. Foundations

The goal of this phase is to build a solid foundation for personal and social development.

Participants learn to understand themselves and others, building foundations of self-confidence and responsibility. 2. Competencies

This phase focuses on developing specific soft and hard skills.

Participants develop practical skills needed in school, work, and everyday life.

3. Synthesis and Application

The final phase involves applying the acquired knowledge in practice.

Participants work on a real-world project, learning responsibility, consistency, and action "from concept to effect."
