JAKUB NALEŻNY
CHAIRMAN
A manager, community leader, and experienced project organizer with over 18 years of experience in public administration, education, and the non-governmental sector. He specializes in managing social projects, building cross-sector partnerships, and developing initiatives for children, youth, seniors, and local communities.
Formerly, he served as the Mayor of Legnica's Plenipotentiary for Children and Youth and as Chief Volunteer Specialist at Legnica City Hall, where he created and implemented strategic city programs, including the #TEAMLegnica City Volunteer Center, the Legnica Youth Forum, and numerous integration and educational projects. He is the founder and president of the "Spynacz" Association, where he has been developing social initiatives, conducting activation projects, and organizing camps and events for thousands of participants for over a decade.
A recipient of prestigious awards, including "Personality of the Year," "Meritorious for Legnica," and "NGO Leader," he has consistently built spaces that foster integration, development, and civic engagement.
PAULA LEWANDOWSKA
VICE-CHAIRMAN
A visual communications, social media, and multimedia production specialist, she has been involved with urban, educational, and commercial projects for years. She has extensive experience creating video, photography, and graphics, as well as implementing social media marketing strategies for public institutions, businesses, and non-governmental organizations.
She co-created and implemented the communication for one of the city's largest social projects – the #TEAMLegnica Municipal Volunteer Center – and also led promotional and multimedia activities for the City of Legnica, the LCA.pl portal, MKS Miedź Legnica, and the Zawisza Group. As a lecturer, she has taught computer graphics, media, and journalism workshops in secondary schools.
She is the Vice President of the "Spynacz" Association, where she is responsible for PR strategy, image building, multimedia activities, and media relations. She combines creativity with the ability to work under time pressure, high aesthetics, and a professional approach to visual communication.
BARTOSZ DZIWEŃKA
VICE-CHAIRMAN
Vice President of the "Spynacz" Association, a Legnica-based entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Zawisza Group – a company specializing in professional transportation services and the organization and management of tourism projects.
An experienced business leader who consistently combines strategic thinking with a practical approach to management. Multi-talented and open to innovation and development, he effectively builds stable partnerships based on trust, quality, and responsibility. He is actively involved in the region's social and economic initiatives, supporting cooperation between businesses and non-governmental organizations.
In his free time, he is passionate about active recreation – he enjoys cycling trips in his free time, treating them as a way to regenerate, maintain good health, and discover new places. He is also interested in home DIY, where he enjoys completing small technical projects with equal satisfaction, developing creativity and practical skills.
