The "School for Parents and Educators" project is a nationwide psychoeducational program aimed at those raising children – parents, guardians, and teachers. Its main goal is to support adults in building good, respectful, and trusting relationships with children, as well as to develop parenting skills that support the proper development of young people.
The program is implemented as a series of workshops during which participants:
learn to communicate effectively and empathetically with children,
develop the ability to set boundaries and enforce rules in a non-aggressive manner,
learn methods of motivating children to cooperate,
work on building relationships, strengthening their sense of self-worth and responsibility,
share experiences, and receive support with parenting challenges.
"School for Parents and Educators" promotes an approach based on dialogue, understanding the child's needs, and consciously supporting their development. The workshops are practical in nature – based on exercises, role-playing, group work, and analysis of real-life family situations. By participating in the program, parents and educators gain tools to build more harmonious relationships, better cope with difficult moments, and support children in their emotional, social, and cognitive development. It's an investment in a positive family atmosphere and a safe educational environment.
